Actua Soccer is a football video game series that was developed by Gremlin Interactive as part of Actua Sports series, and was the first soccer game for the full use of 3D graphics. The series comprises four titles released between 1995 and 1999, but does not include official Gremlin game of Euro 96 tournament. At that time, the Actua Soccer is a direct competitor to Electronic Arts' FIFA series. Barry Davies always in the game commentary for all games of the series.

The first title of the greatest claim to fame was its 3D graphics engine, first used in a football game. While other games use 3D graphics applied field, the players are still commonly 2D sprites, but Actua Soccer players were polygonal. The game features only national teams, with squads of 22 players from each of the 44 national sides, although a version with Premier League teams English called Actua Soccer: Club Edition was released in 1996.

The last of the series, Actua Soccer 3 arrived in late 1998. For the first time the two clubs and national teams were present, along with other equipment (like a girl team) and several teams of joke. While his predecessor had been criticized for the lack of club teams, Actua Soccer 3 offered a total of 25 leagues, more than any game in the previous period, except on Sensible World of Soccer. Brooking was replaced by Martin O'Neill and Barry Davies commentaty partner. Action Soccer is a fast and simple game of football with two different chart styles (2D and 3D isometric overview). The 16 teams have 6 skills as speed, strength, etc. shotpower. There are no such things as prolonged fatigue or tactics. You can play a friendly game, the UBI-Cup, a championship or a tournament. In a few options you can change the weather (sun, night, rain, snow) or low tactic (offense, defense, normal). Worth mentioning is also the fun audio commentary from Jonathan Pearce and publisher.
